EAT FOR A CAUSE WITH HABANA CUBA

For over 30 years, Habana Cuba Restaurant has proudly given back to our local communities. Now, we’d love to partner with you to host a fundraiser for your organization.

Here’s how it works:

Sign up today and receive a custom flyer to promote your event.

Guests can either use your unique promo code when ordering online, or dine in with us.

 

Your group will receive 20% back on all food and soft beverage purchases.

 

To get started, you’ll just need:

 

A Tax ID (TIN) or Employer ID (EIN)

 

Date and time of your event

 

Estimated number of guests

 

Mailing address to send the fundraiser check

And then need to create a form including- guest info, requested dates and time, Name of the Event, expected amount of guests- * Anticipated Amount to be Raised, additional information, check to be made out to- organizations only-Checks cannot be made payable to an individual or an intermediary organization/group.address to be mailed to. * What is the organization's tax ID number?Social Security numbers do not qualify. Please enter numbers only. Example: 123456789

All flyer distribution promoting your fundraiser must take place before the event. Flyers may not be handed out at the restaurant during the fundraiser or to guests who are already dining.

 

Guarantee

 

Habana Cuba Restaurant cannot guarantee a minimum contribution amount. The success of your fundraiser will depend on your organization’s efforts to distribute the custom flyers and encourage participation from your supporters.

 

Method

 

Habana Cuba Restaurant will design and email your organization a custom flyer. This is the only flyer permitted for your fundraiser.

 

Your organization is responsible for making copies and distributing the flyers. Digital sharing (via phone, tablet, etc.) is also acceptable.

 

For each supporter who presents the official flyer, Habana Cuba Restaurant will donate 20% of their meal check (excluding taxes, discounts, and alcohol) to your organization.

 

A check will be issued in your organization’s name (not to an individual organizer) and mailed to the address you provide.

 

Please allow up to four weeks after the fundraiser date for the check to arrive.

 

Agreement

 

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions. Any changes to this agreement must be approved by both the organization’s contact person and the restaurant’s general manager.

Use Convention Center or 3rd street/San Carlos garages. Street parking is free after 6pm and Sundays.

 

Paid lots across the street and around the corner. VTA: use the San Jose Convention Center stop.
