* Minimum of 48 hours required for most large orders.
* Food is served in aluminum trays that fit chaffing dishes.
* Pick-up orders and deliveries must be paid in full at time of ordering. Orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours.
* We deliver with a minimum of $700. Delivery charge 15% within San Jose City limits. 20% within 20 miles and 25% beyond Santa Clara County. Smaller orders can use www.waiter.com or www.292togo.com.
* Full catering service available for 25-1,000 guests. Offsite events $25 per server (min. of 3 servers) with min. of 4 hrs. and an 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Chaffing dishes, linens, silverware, plates, and etc. available for an additional charge. A 50% deposit is required when placing order. Orders must be paid in full 3 days prior to the event. No refunds if cancelled within 3 days of the event.
* Add-ons: disposable utensils, napkins and plates $1.50 per person. Serving utensils are included upon request.
* Payment: We accept cash, all major credit cards, and company checks (no personal checks). All sales are subject to tax.
